I’m still recovering from all the election excitement. Rather than try to rehash all the interesting results for the world of education reform, I’m going to do the lazy, little kid thing and point you to a few pieces to digest the information and analysis for yourself:

• Education Week blogger Andrew Ujifusa lays out some of the interesting outcomes, and the mix of news that came from different states
• EAG News suggests that the dominant theme of the night was the teachers unions successfully flexing their political muscle
• Dropout Nation’s Rishawn Biddle breaks down some Election Day lessons for education reformers, including making the case that Indiana superintendent Tony Bennett’s defeat can largely be explained by anti-Common Core conservatives
• Writing for Ed News Colorado, Alex Ooms suggests that signals trumped noise in telling us how some of Colorado’s big local education tax proposals and other key candidates would fare

Bottom line for this tired kid is the message that education reformers still have a lot of hard work to do. More to come in the days ahead….
