DONOR PRIVACY ISN’T JUST POLICY AT INDEPENDENCE. IT IS SOMETHING WE VIGOROUSLY AND PROUDLY LEAD THE FIGHT TO PROTECT.

In a world of Cancel Culture where people are rightfully scared to express themselves for fear it could mean job loss, business attacks, public shaming or worse, please know that your investment in Independence Institute will not be publicly disclosed. We have gone to court to protect our donors, always successfully. We battle legislation that threatens your right to privacy.

A school teacher shouldn’t worry that the teacher’s union will ostracize her for supporting our fight for school choice; a businessman shouldn’t fear government retribution for participating in our battle for lower taxes and regulatory relief. These are very real threats that our investors face. That’s why we protect their right to privacy and will continue to do so.

Jon Caldara
President, Independence Institute
