The Colorado Gray Wolf Reintroduction Initiative will be on the ballot this November asking citizens to require “the Colorado Parks and Wildlife Commission to create a plan to reintroduce and manage gray wolves on designated lands west of the continental divide by the end of 2023.”
The only problem is, the Grey Wolf is a non-native species to Colorado.
How exactly does one “reintroduce” a non-native species?
