I’m sad to see a successful School Choice Week winding down. There are almost too many different options of what to blog about. Rather than exercise a choice and just do one of the items, I’ve decided instead to blitz you with a bunch of neat items to bring to your attention:

• Of course, don’t forget to take part in the School Choice Tweet Up today at 2 PM Eastern / noon Colorado time
• This one almost deserves its own post, but the Fordham Foundation has released some interesting data to digest on how private schools respond to regulations in voucher and tax credit programs, with some further valuable perspective concisely presented at Education Next by the Cato Institute’s Andrew Coulson
• Thousands showed up this week at Chicago’s Union Station — part of the Whistle Stop Tour — to celebrate School Choice Week: watch the 1-minute video below to get the flavor
• Some good news to share: the Colorado House of Representatives today formally voted in a bipartisan manner to recognize National School Choice Week
• Speaking of the state legislature, Ed News Colorado reports that the “parent trigger” bill is back, and looks pretty similar to last year’s legislation that won sponsors on both sides of the aisle before being squashed in the senate
• Last, but certainly not least, Patrick Wolf and Michael McShane have a great National Review column highlighting their research showing that, by increasing high school graduation rates, the D.C. Opportunity Scholarship Program has produced a remarkable 162 percent return on investment
