MISSED THE IN-PERSON CLASS?

 

Following the lead of many states, the Colorado Supreme Court on April 15, 2021, adopted amendments to existing rules and regulations governing continuing education requirements for licensed attorneys to complete at least two credit hours in Equity, Diversity and Inclusivity (EDI) effective July1, 2021. The Independence Institute has partnered with the Public Trust Institute to take on this new challenge and sponsor an EDI Seminar along with a presentation on constitutional litigation.

  • Justice Clint Bolick: Arizona Supreme Court Justice, “Recent Changes the Court has Made to Increase Access and Decrease Racial Bias in the Justice System.”
  • Dan Burrows: Legal Director of the Public Trust Institute, “Constitutional Litigation for Everyday Litigators.”

  • Jon Caldara: President of the Independence Institute. Jon will address attendees about the importance of diversity of thought in media, business and charitable organizations.
