To enter, leave an eligible comment on Power Gab videos found on YouTube during the 2026 Colorado Legislative Session. Limit one entry per person, unless otherwise stated by Independence Institute.

One winner will receive one generator with an approximate retail value of $600. Prize includes the generator only and does not include delivery, installation, fuel, cords, transfer switches, accessories, permits, maintenance, warranties beyond any manufacturer warranty, or any other costs not expressly stated.

This is a skill-based contest. After the Contest Period ends, the show hosts will review eligible YouTube comments on Power Gab videos and select finalist comments based on humor/wit, cleverness/originality, pithiness/brevity, and relevance to the video topic. The finalist comments will then be presented to the audience for voting. Voting ends June 30, 2026. The eligible finalist comment receiving the most valid audience votes, as determined by Independence Institute, will be selected as the winner. The show hosts’ selection of finalist comments and Independence Institute’s determination of valid votes and final winner are final. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and may be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 before receiving the prize. Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

Winner is solely responsible for safe transportation, installation, operation, storage, maintenance, ventilation, and use of the generator. Generator must be used only according to manufacturer instructions. Independence Institute is not responsible for injury, death, carbon monoxide exposure, fire, electrical damage, property damage, or other harm resulting from possession or use of the prize.
